“Bed was sent with drawers in the wrong place...screws that didn't fit in the holes... and the wrong mattress! They replaced the base so the drawers are correct...but are ignoring all messages about the mattress. Extremely disappointed. Would definitely not recommend this company. Wowcher won't help either which i think is wrong as they are the selling platform...we will never use them again. Don't waste your money...the mattress they advertise isn't the rubbish one you get! Only leaving 1 star as I can't leave none!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM CLOUD9 The mattress was delivered faulty and they would not reply to any communication. It seems like scam as their website seems fake. It took nearly a month to sort out a refund from Wowcher. The customer care team were helpful and resolved this issue after a lot of communication with them.”
