“Very disappointing! The workmanship of this bed is awful, cheap and nasty; lumpy wood showing through the material, loose material and staples coming out, with 2 ridiculous plastic clips to supposedly hold the 2 divan parts together! Will not be using Wowcher again.”

“I'd dearly love to but they sent the wrong bed and a week later and several emails im still waiting for it to be sorted. I'm also a very frail person fed by a dripstand with a line going through a vein in my heart to give me nutrition as I had huge surgeryvto remove my eosophagus and stomach..im so upsetvthatvnothungs happening and this horribly cheap bed was left instead of the one pictured. I'm so so upset.”

“I don’t know how many times I have to send a message to you but I’m really fed up with the whole issue about not receiving my bed . I want a refund as enough is enough I’ve never known such a mess , I’ve ordered loads on line and never had so much hassle”

“Please don't buy this bed from this company or from wowcher, we bought this bed and it isnt what is shown in the picture, it also arrived broken and torn and the mattress and wowcher and cloud 9 are refusing to refund us.”

“Absolutely terrible mattress!!! It's so hard that after the first night sleeping on it, it literally makes my body hurt! The springs are right at the top of the mattress and I ended up having to buy 2 mattress topper for it before I was able to lay in it, whist I ordered and waited for a new mattress. If I hadn't already got rid of my old bed, I would definitely have returned this!!!”
