“It's a scam. Google the company - many people have had the same issue with often no delivery, no answer to messages to customer service, or in cases when they were actually delivered they were all broken beds that looked nothing like the photo. Stay away!!!! Apparently the company keeps getting struck off and changing it's name. Ours didn't arrive and they've been non-responsive. Don't get scammed like us! :(”

“I recieived the divan and mattress very quickly, the base and headboard were perfect. The mattress was complete rubbish.after 3 days i couldnt lay on it anymore, the springs and whatever else in it were pushing into my back. Contacted merchant. On 23rd Oct. No reply, wowcher contacted. No result so far. Mattress said 7/10 for firmness, maybe 3/10 would be better. Shame someone cant come and inspect it. Complete rubbish”

“Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the mattress that came with the divan. I am just grateful I didn’t pay full price. There is no support from the mattress. It is very noisy so unable to get any sleep. Went out the next day and bought a new one. How cloud9 can call it something to sleep on I will never know. Having had contact with cloud9 they were just not interested in what I had to say. Wowcher were great in their assistance with this matter”

“Divan bed is nice and strong but if your after a firm matress then this isn't the one for you as its very soft, but we'll worth it for the divan alone”

“Absolute disgrace Company advertised as UK delivery. Disposed of old bed night before delivery date made space for new. Few days past and no bed. Contacted company few days later twice before receiving an email stating courier can't deliver to my area. Now in the complicated process of a refund after paying for product and a seperate accepted payment for delivery. Do not use this company as they do not deliver to the whole of the UK”
