“Late check out gave us time to use the pool which felt a little run down and sauna not working properly. Great position and. Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Feel that £14 for parking a bit much. Enjoyed our one night stay.”

“Loved our stay in room 361. Floors 3 and 4 have been refurbished and are gorgeous. Breakfast was very good, but I wouldn't have paid for it separately at over £20 per person for a buffet style, although there were a few a la carte options. Parking was available though gets full very quickly. Also thank you for the complimentary parking. My only criticism is that there are no power or USB or USBC outlets near the bed. This would have been very easy to install during the refurbishment and not at much extra cost at all. The shower was lovely, however not quite tall enough for tall people like me - 6'5" A beautifully appointment and very attractive decor and furnishings. Highly recommend as Durham is a gorgeous city.”

“We were upgrade to one of the refurbished bedrooms which was lovely. Breakfast outstanding and staff are great and very accommodating. Nothing to much trouble same with staff in the spa. Would definitely recommend a stay at the Radisson and just a short walk into Durham itself.”
