“I just want to say, I have still not received the mens boxer shorts. I have done everything that website has told me to do. No reply . Done tracking device. They are saying waiting to hear from company that's sending them , I have lost a lot of money . Had email ho say medium pants on way, but I don't hold my breath , it's been too long now , so I will not be using woucher again Mrs Susan sims”

“I ordered 2 packs of boxers and have not received any of them yet , think it's really bad that wowcher can do this , I paid almost £60 for them both and have not had any correspondence about my orders , I have sent 2 emails and still nothing think it's shocking won't ve dealing with yous ever again”

“My order has been in transit for 22 days, I've sent 4 emails to the courier (yodel) and the company selling them and I've had no response. I've tried using live chat twice to be told twice they are out for delivery and they never arrived. This is disappointing and frustrating and it puts me off shopping on Wowcher. I just want someone to acknowledge me and sort it out.”

“Bloody terrible, ordered and paid, still waiting for delivery and already 1 week over the latest delivery date. Keep clear. Wowcher is now becoming a joke. Last 3 orders have not been completed. I have learnt my lesson now. When you get in touch they just try and palm tou off by blaming someone else. Terrible. Terrible, terrible”
