“I couldn’t see the full terms and conditions until my card details had been entered. The terms were not as expected and I contacted you via chat bot to ask a few questions regarding this. I have been unsuccessful with resolving this matter. As I’m not able to select my seats and this causes me a distress as I have mobility issues. The dialogue hasn’t been very helpful and very dismissive of my concerns.”

“We don’t see it until Christmas Eve, so difficult to comment. However, more clarification on the booking process and that seats will be allocated nearer the time would be good to know in advance of purchase.”
