“How can I write a review about a product that I have never received. DHL and Wowcher are shocking in replying to any emails. Along with the company that sent the item out, will I be buying from any of the companies again Very Very doubtful. Could I have my money back though PLEASE”

“On one of the wheels the two holes for the axle bolt were not aligned, thus not allowing the wheel to go in straight causing it to jam and not been able to turn. I had to redrill the one hole to get them aligned.”

“Very poor quality. Wheels are made of plastic, there is no support inside the trolley, no way would support anything heavy. Tried to send it back but had no reply. After you buy the voucher you find out that you need to pay £10.99 for delivery. To send to back will need to pay again for delivery. My opinion? Do not buy it!”

“The actual trolley is great - good size etc, but I was definitely stung by the hidden £10 postage fee, silly me didn’t realise the Wowcher voucher didn’t include postage, so not a great deal really”
