“paid for a premium mattress on 22 july and was also charged an extra £22.99 for delivery which wasn't advertised in the deal, received on the 30 july not a new matress but a referb mattress as confirmed by pictures sent to wowcher, wanted to return mattress for a refund or a replacement new one which i ordered got a reply of wowcher it will be 48 hrs for reply to my request, 23 emails later and two asking for 72 hrs for supplier to get back to me and still nothing, it is now 25 august and i am still no further in getting my refund or new matress, but i think at this point i just want the refund and use a more competent supplier as i have stated in one of my emails to wowcher, i am also going to post this on my trust pilot account as a warning to potential customers for this emma mattress.”
