“Extremely disappointed. Aware I'm buying a refurbished model and mainly wanted this for browsing the internet. It is so slow and once you are on a website it then won't load the pages within. Would not recommend”

“I didn’t realise how old this was, I was unable to transfer my apps from my I phone. Apart from being able to watch my kindle books, it is of no use. Too old to load any newer versions of apps. I am not computer savvy, so didn’t realise the limitations of this device.”

“I have still have not received it!! Emailed twice and both times just been told it’s been despatched, with no due date? Not very happy at all to be honest. My first ever Wowcher purchase and my last .”

“Ordered on the 03/06/25 paid plus paid for delivery , I have also emailed yourselves and the seller no one had taken the time to reply to me I find this very disappointing tried not to put review on but it’s now 16/06/25 As you may understand not overly impressed by this or customer satisfaction Maybe this way I may get a reply”

“It NEVER arrived! Excuse after excuse, wait 3 to 5 days more it’s delayed and then when it didn’t show same email arrived another 3 to 5 days to wait it’s delayed I’m now very annoyed, and I paid express delivery so the price of the item plus the delivery of 13.99 I’ve had nothing so I’m very upset”

“I would love to review this but even though I ordered and paid for this (and paid an additional £9.99 postage to get it quickly) on 3 June and it's now the 12 June I still haven't received it. I think you need to review Hate My Phone as very bad service!”
