“The experience of using Wowcher was something I will not repeat! I tried to download the Microsoft office I had purchased only to be told the system did not recognise the code. I reported it on twitter in the hope they would respond quicker but was then scammed by a company in Kenya. After many emails and a report of fraud to my bank, I got the code sorted but this took a week. Wowcher did nothing other than send an email to the company who sold the package!! I will not use them again. Absolutely appalling service”
