“The parcel arrived with the plants all over the place and very wilted, some had been decapitated! No identification and rather than a mixture of plants they were all pansies. Very disappointed.”

“Many of the flowers were dead due to being badly packed. I will not be buying from woucher again.very disappointed.”

“The sender had failed to mark the box to warn the carrier to treat it with care. It was inverted during its journey and almost all of the plants had fallen out of their pots. the box was burst open and the corrugated paper was mushy. I did manage to salvage most of the plants.”

“I loved the idea of all of these plants for such a good price but when they arrive the box was torn in several places and all of the plants looked battered and half dead. I have written two emails of complaint directly to the company and heard nothing which is very disappointing. I have used wowcher many times before and always had a fantastic service but I suggest you don’t use that company anymore”

“They turned up in a battered box with no fragile sign written on it, the flowers were sideways upside down squashed to bits and half were in the bottom of the box, I have emailed gardening express 3 times and had no response shocking service!!!”
