“I wasn't pleased with the response i first got from Wowcher customer service in helping me after not understanding the process when ordering products through them . Being an old thick dinosaur, i thought the product was already ordered after the payment went through, i have never ordered anything through wowcher before. I get flooded everyday in my email account by wowcher with all kind of offers & missed the link, i didn't see it. Wowcher told me i had missed the offer & my £49.99 was gone & i wouldnt be refunded or credited to buy anything else . If it wasn't for paypal i wouldn't of got at least a credit back, even though i wanted a full refund back ,wowcher insisted they were doing me a favour giving me a credit . I don't think i will be ordering anything through Wowcher again .”
