“Flight times weren’t great, so had to pay extra for better times. Was told this was old include a hotel upgrade but on arrival at accommodation it was definitely a downgrade. Very basic apartment, but it was a good location and clean. The tour would have been better with a guide, but the driver was very informative nevertheless. It felt a bit rushed. Don’t rate Ryanair as an airline, seats and luggage expensive. We enjoyed our visit, and we organised a free walking tour online. We enjoyed spending some time in the hotel bar as it was relaxing and drinks were cheap and good food.”

“Really worth going, but the reasonable price ended up not being so reasonable once we managed to get the flights that we wanted. Krakow is a lovely, clean city and the trip to Auschwitz Birkenau was both emotional and interesting - the guide was very knowledable and spoke excellent English!”

“Not actually been on the holiday booked in October been trying to reach the travel company ever since called around 15 times each time I'm told I'll get a call within 48 hours the trip is 3 weeks away and still not booked I booked the trip for my autistic sons birthday I've explained all this and there still not ringing me back not a good experience at all”

“Absolutely amazing experience, lots of walking on the tour, but we’ll worth it, an emotional experience.krakow is a beautiful place, with lots to see, I would definitely recommend it.”
