“I received the Chromebook pretty quickly but when I went to set it up it was stuck in guest mode and refused to let me set it up as a new user, the Chromebook is also over 10yrs old so won’t allow anymore updates. I have emailed the company but nearly a week later & I have heard nothing back”

“Think it was over sold, had to put the screen surround back together myself, all the usb ports etc where full of dirt and dust. I know it was refurbished, but I thought it would of been to a higher standard”
