“I have not received my order after a 25 day wait! My tracking says ' pick up cancelled' by Amazon on the 15 May this was 10days after the expected delivery date. I don't know how to chase this order or get a refund? Not acceptable”

“Ordered on 28/4 and here we are 12/5 and still not received it! They took the money straight away. And charged me 5.99 delivery that wasn’t advertised in the price”

“Would rate 0 stars Never received arch. Supposedly the company supplying the arch reckons the item went missing when being shipped. This was after five different delivery dates. Just as well I'm retired otherwise would have needed to wait around for delivery that never emerged. Not yet heard from wowcher re refund - suppose I'll have to chase as the company have referred it back to wowcher . Hard enough getting details of who to contact. I'll def not use wowcher again don't bother not worth the hassle or delivery charge which I suppose I won't get back. Would be nice for wowche4 to have contacted me re refund.”
