“I purchased a gunmetal grey bed which was the colour of my decor of my bedroom I recived a silver I tried to explain to wowcher about my problem where I didn't get any answer just that is what I ordered so I was forced to keep the bed I contacted my credit card company which confirmed section 75 does not apply as this is a third party. My advise to any buyer purchasing from wowcher think twice you will be forced to accept the colour they deliver.”

“The bed is fine its just that they sent completely the wrong colour. I tried to get an exchange for the right colour. then they came to collect the bed on the day I was moving house and I had already cancelled this. so I am stuck with the wrong colour bed until I can afford to change it again. I will never order anything from wowcher again”

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that the bed received was in an incorrect colour. I can also see the merchant had confirmed a collection; however nobody was home on the day. “Bed is nothing like the picture, very poor quality and mattress came about 2inches too big for the base. Hard board is tiny looks too small for the bed. Not happy”

“No instructions , wheels do not fit in holes on bed base , no holes on back of bed base to fix head board very poor quality”
