“The bed arrived on time but that was the only positive. The headboard screws were not in the right place for the wooden strutts so we had to re-drill the holes. The mattress was not as per the description and was of a very poor standard. It was a gift for my daughter who immediately contacted you via wattsapp but waited days for a response, which was not helpful. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I had to buy another immediately. We eventually had a response offering an upgraded mattress for an additional cost.”

“Horrendous quality but I suppose that's what you get buying cheap, you buy twice. Mattress is so unstable you literally roll of it, can fell all the springs, headboard snapped so can't even use it.”
