“To be fair the mattress is fine, however the delivery service was absolutely shocking. I was made to help unload the mattress with only one person provided..it was heavy and I had to struggle carrying it up the street. The delivery man's attitude was terrible. He just left it in my door way and just walked away abruptly and drove off. I've complained to Wowcher, and I've been fobbed off by them and the mattress provider and the delivery company... nobody is accepting responsibility. I asked for the £18.99 delivery charge refunded due to the extremely poor service and had to risk hurting my already painful back, hence buying an Orthopedic mattress, but they are refusing to even do that. It's my first time using Wowcher, and I've found it an incredibly negative experience all in all.”
