“it's very nicely made, but not at all what I had expected. Being described as natural horsehair, I expected it to be softer than plastic brushes, and I particularly wanted a soft brush for an elderly person with very sensitive skin. The brush turned out to be much harder than I had expected and thus quite useless for the purpose.”
