“I have been taking Food-Grown B Complex Plus for just over a month now. I am very happy with this supplement. In the past when taking other makes of vitamin B complex supplements I have always experienced slight nausea. Wild Nutrition's B Complex has not given me this problem; maybe because it is food grown. It is useful that Co Enzyme Q10 is included as previously I have had to purchase two separate supplements”
