In January I made the decision to stop taking the contraceptive pill. Before the pill I would get terrible acne on my chin and jaw before my period and so I started taking the pill to control this. The pill gave me clear skin but in time I worried about the long-term effect of taking artificial hormones. I decided that I wanted to come off the pill and to go hormone-free, but was worried that my hormonal spots would return without the pill controlling my hormones. I heard about Wild Nutrition and had a 15 mins consultation with a very helpful nutritionist called Vanessa. She advised that I take the premenstrual complex which I began right away and have been taking daily ever since. She advised that I take this alongside the total cleanse supplement to get rid of the last traces of the pill in my body. I followed her advice exactly taking three cycles of total cleanse before switching to premenstrual complex only. I have been really impressed! My natural cycle returned very quickly. Occasionally I may get a spot on my chin before my period, but this is not often and the spot soon clears. Some months I am without a breakout at all. “I’m only on day 4 but can already notice a huge difference in the functions of my body. I suffer from IBS and usually get the worst bloat and cramping after eating foods that trigger my IBS, but I haven’t bloated since taking these. And I’ve noticed a little less fluid retention around my ankles. Loving them so far, and will 100% recommend if they keep doing what they’re doing!”

“After a hysterectomy I always feel uncomfortable and bloated after any meal. In the main, whilst I haven't been to a doctor for over 2 years, I've found that, mentioning the matter to them, they tend to prescribe laxatives or that awful Fybergel which is like lining your intestines with glue. When I saw these it seemed a good idea at least to give them a try. Two a day which I take at night. Don't feel bloated, don't have a constant pain and they feel totally natural. Hope to have these as a constant standby. The only reason I've just given 4 stars is that I've only been taking them for a fortnight so far. Definitely recommend.”
