Very solid and we have had some rain since putting it up and my garden furniture has remained dry and that’s exactly what I wanted it for. “Purchased the 3 x 2.4 m version and I am very pleased with the product. Just the quality of the packaging it arrived in meant this was high quality and I was not disappointed. Very well made, smart and very good quality throughout. It definitely takes 2 people to construct safely and whilst the construction is not complicated you have to pay careful attention to the visual instructions and allow enough time which is a good days work. If I had any criticism it would be that I have not found an ideal lighting solution for the pergola and it would have been nice if the product provided an offering that aligned with the quality and style.”
“I absolutely love my new Pergola. It was the only one I could find to fit my patio and at such a great affordable price. Delivered quickly and no problem with assembly, I did pay a couple of lads, it took them just over 3 hours.
For me the biggest benefit it not having to keep putting the cover on the garden furniture every time it rains! We can now just sit out whenever we feel like it, day or evening. It’s an extra room!”
“A well made and sturdy pergola which took about 4-5 hours to put together with the hardest bit definitely being putting the frame up. Some of the pieces are labelled in strange places so I recommend checking you have all the parts before starting as some are in the second box.
I was really impressed with the screws and fixing box which was rigid and well packaged. Plently of spare screws were provided and the instructions were ok.
My only critisisms are that one of the legs has a large scratch which was made during shipping, I accepted this since it wasnt going to be seen when installed.
Two of the louvers were heavily dented and damaged. I sent an email to the custimer service team but received no reply. This could not have been inspected on delivery.”
