“Absolutely fabulous pergola. Good and solid quality. Everyone comments on how lovely it is, with the option of closed or open roof slats. We bought a metal sofa with cushions, separately and what a spot to sit and eat at our table or sitting on the sofa reading a book. I would recommend this company without hesitation. “The company were seemlessly helpful from start to finish. I went with White Stores as they had it all in stock, didn't over charge for installation and offered the size I needed which was 5m x 3m which nobody else did and that fitted our area perfectly.
The delivery company missed the estimated delivery time, but a quick phone call to White Store and a polite and apologetic operator and things were back on track with the installation team giving me a call to arrange it all.
When they arrived to get it all delivered and set up, they were brilliant. Punctual, phoning ahead and througholy polite during the installation. They checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy and got it sorted.

“Can't recommend this company enough. From start to finish the service was second to none. Once we'd placed our order, we decided we wanted to change it & they did it no problem at all. We were able to select a delivery date to suit us & was even given a window of what time to expect it. The pergola was packed really well & we even given some spare screws etc.
