“I would rate 0 stars, absolute terrible company, take your money and then not deliver the goods paid for. I still have not received the product to review. Have contacted customer services numerous times, only to be told they will contact the courier and call me back in an hour, or the couriers are checking their warehouse and will be updated on the location and will get a call back tomorrow. Only to never receive a call back, and have to phone up again the following day to be told the same thing. "We will contact the courier and call you back".”
“Ordering and delivery process were fairly straightforward and the pergola arrived as arranged.
The instalation instructions are not the easiest to follow. Lots of pictures but not many words however we completed the construction and installation within a couple of hours.
The pergola appears to be well made and the grey finish looks good. The louvre bearings are all plastic but again they look pretty solid plus the pergola comes with some spares incase of wear.
We've had some rain recently so we're a le to test the louvers in the closed position and they were 100% watertight.
All in all we are very happy with the quality and the look of our new pergolala to date.”
