“Been a loyal and regular VIP customer for many years but standards have dropped over the last few months. Latest order was not despatched for almost a week. As i'd run out I ended up buying elsewhere - significantly cheaper and next day delivery. The alternative was good so will probably stay with them.”

Thank you for your review Bryan, We apologise the service has not been to our usual high standard. It has been a rocky few months through the COVID-19 lockdown period with an unpredicted influx in order volumes and overall business changes to keep our staff safe. I can now confirm we are back on top with our service level agreements and we have taken away many valuble lessons. Thank you for your custom and support from us all here at VIP!
