“Ordered a classic CK JUMPER, black colour and what was given was the wrong jumper. The Black was so faded it looked like it’s been in the wash more than fifty times, the price I paid for the jumper was £72 the tag on the jumper said £45, so unprofessional was not pleased and to return the package I had to pay £8 not pleased at all I was so angry I didn’t even take a picture because even if I did nothing would’ve been done, simple order and got given the wrong jumper not happy at all, don’t think I shall ever order again”

“Sorry to complain but the service was pretty poor. Firstly paid 72 pounds each for 2 jumpers only to find they had a sale sign for 45 pounds when they arrived so I was overcharged and have waited a week for a reply from the customer service team to get back to me about it and still have had no reply. Also one of the jumpers had a security tag still on it and had to youtube how to remove it which involved burning off one end :(”

“The sweatshirt was not at all like the description as it stated that it was black and it is actually dark grey very disappointed in the product.”

“Ordered the jumper in black size medium, it turned up looking a brown colour and was really big, not happy I was charged £7 for delivery and now I have to spend more money on returning be item, visit usc stores regularly but I won’t be using usc again”

“The jumper itself is a nice comfy fitting but it is labelled black on the website and is 100% not black, more of a grey/charcoal colour, misleading customers and false advertising”
