“Where only 2 pairs in the open packaging not 3. Did complain to USC and immediately got a 33% refund. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.”

“The quality of the underwear is fine. However, the wrong order was sent to me as I have been given colours that I did not order. I contacted the customer care team by email telling them of my problem, to be told they will contact me within 1-3 days. It has now been 5 and I still have the wrong delivery.”
