“My old converse broke on Tuesday and I desperately needed a new pair for this evening so I ordered a pair from your website the following day and paid £6.99 to receive these the bext day. This is the state they turned up in: As you can see they are filthy !! Covered in dirt the rubber sole I not even black anymore it’s covered in thick brown dust and the badge at the back had what looked like mud on it. So usually I would have posted back to you and awaited a new pair but no I couldn’t because I had no other trainers to wear for the occasion I needed them for that evening. I have had to spend half an hour cleaning a pair of brand new converse that have cost me £50 and £7 for delivery. I am absolutely disgusted with this and that I have had to do this as they should have been delivered in pristine condition. I expect a response from you shortly advising of the compensation I will be receiving for the state my order turned up in ! Thank you Susan Sent from my iPhone”
