“I use my Tower pressure cooker daily so when the sealing ring needed replacing, and even though it was delivered within 3 days, ordered 2 to keep a spare replacement. Back to cooking on full steam.”

The sealing ring supplied was not only of the wrong cross section but measures 24 cms !
Now, as Chloe tells me now that in order to get a refund I have to return the incorrect items first, apparently at my expense.
Furthermore the current Tower company makes no mention of the apparent pitfalls should anyone expect to obtain spare parts for your older products.”

I am so very pleased with my pressure cooker and a wok.
I am a vegetarian and we eat a lot of healthy pulses which takes a long time to cook hence in a pressure cooker takes just a few minutes. And the wok is the best one I have bought in a long time.
