“I have suffered with Plantar Facilities and Tendinitis intermittently for over 15 years, I have over that period tried many treatments both within the NHS and outside which have given some relief occasionally, My last attack, lasting most of 2020. “I’ve not had a proper chance to wear these shoes at work yet but trying them on and wearing them around the house they seem too good to be true! As a UK size 10.5 female, these shoes are ideal and don’t have any competition as no where else does a shoe like this in a size that would fit. They are a comfortable, supportive shoe that I can’t see rubbing or causing any discomfort as the material is soft. When I get around to wearing them and if I have any problems, I’ll redo my review.”
“I just want to tell you that these shoes (and insoles) have literally helped me get back on my feet again.
I twisted my ankle back in August and developed post tib tendonitis - which is an absolute killer and also takes months of healing and physio.
Anyway, I have been through so many shoes and insoles and found along the way that I cannot tolerate anything too high and digging into my arches.
These insoles have made a big difference for me, I have the soft insoles and even though they do irritate my arches ever so slightly (again I’m just sensitive) they have been fabulous at keeping the pain at bay.
I tested this by taking out the insoles and putting in a well known sports insole and the pain came right back, so I knew straight away that the Toffeln insoles were perfect.
Whilst it hasn’t completed cured me, it has given me the ability to get back on my feet rather than hobbling!
I’m also a student nurse, so I’m hoping these will get me through my placements. 10 out of 10!”
