“Needed product urgently for healing Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Courier failed to deliver item and repeatedly sent it back and forth to the Depot twenty miles away over the course of a few days with which in that time, it had perished due to being a frozen item that needed to be delivered on the same day without fail, even if it meant leaving it with a neighbour, doorstep etc. The company made zero effort to communicate with the courier when I told them at the beginning of the problem. Instead now that it had defrosted I was told to consume the item within a month, instead of the regular six months through no fault of my own. It never got delivered in the end. Never have come across such apathy and disinterest in running a business.”

“I have ordered twice from this company, the first delivery was 1 day late and the second one was 3 days late and had thawed when I had received it. This company does NOT have a contact number if you have any issues just a very short question page. But if you download Instagram you can add the company and then email them. James will reply but only by email, never a call, which shows just how little they care about customer service. Now a honest review about the broth. The Chicken is ok, but not much flavour of Chicken and the Beef is completely tasteless.”

Hi Brian, Thank you for the review. I addressed some of your compaints in the other reviews that you left for us but I will address them again. My apologies again about the very frustrating delays on both your orders due to courier issues. Unfortunately these things do happen sometimes, particularly at this time when the courier networks are overloaded. The failed delivery on your second order by the courier was the reason the pouches arrived thawed. When notified, we sent you a replacement order the next day. I am sorry you felt we did not communitcate well enough with you, by my records, we responded to your email within 3 minutes with details of a replacement order that we were dispatching the same day for you. We also have a contact us section on our website that allows customers to reach us without the need to install/use instagram. Thank you for your suggestion of a telephone number to call, it is something that we would like to offer in the future, but as you say, we are a small business that do not have the means to man a phone during office hours currently. “This was my first order and it was delivered late.. not a great first impression. As for the broth, I dont really know what I was expecting for the taste so I cant really judge. The Chicken is nice with a bit of pepper but I did not like the Beef. Neither really have a great amount of flavour to be honest, but I have placed my second order of 7 x Chicken.”
