“The windscreen attachment arrived with a huge scratch across it. It meant you could not see through it. The wing mirrors snapped when I tried to screw it onto the scooter and then the screw broke when trying to screw the mirror on. The broken screw then got stuck inside the nook and I had to take it to a bike store for them to drill it out. No spare screws were provided so i had to purchase new ones.
What is even worse is that i contacted the seller to request for replacement parts (windscreen, mirrors, screws) and they made me send them photos as proof. After i sent the photos of the damaged goods (which they couldn't deny) they ignored my emails for two weeks and then finally said they would not replace the damaged goods as the windscreen was only a freeby and I on signing for delivery was accepting all accountability of goods (damaged or not). They then said as a goodwill gesture they would send new screws (which never arrived). I tried to contact them several times thereafter by email (it is not possible to contact anyone by telephone or in person) and they plainly stopped responding to my emails.
I have had my scooter for almost 1 1/2 years and not ridden it once (catching cobwebbs in the garage). It was the worse product, worst service, and the company seems to be extremely dodgy.”
