“The hake fillets are ideal for me as I have histamine intolerance and so I can only eat the freshest fish. These are frozen quickly after capture and so they are perfect. The Fish Society even give information on their website about which fish are best for histamine intolerance, which is really helpful. The hake fillets are also delicious - moist and flaky.”

“I am South African and we love Cape Hake, which I battle to find in the UK. I discovered it at Fish Society and it is as good as it gets! Lovely fish. I am also very impressed with the packaging and defrosting instructions. Follow the instructions and you have fantastic fresh Cape Hake!”
