“Excellent for adding defrosted into Paella or similar seafood, etc., dishes just before the end of the usual cooking time. However, not so good if you want to make your own calamari fried rings as on my first attempt it was rather "soggy".”

Did it say what month in 2019? It is industry standard for white fish to be frozen at -20 degrees for up to 2 years. Hope that helps.
