“Was looking for a good scrambling boot but soft enough to be able to walk in aswell, these fit the bill perfectly. Paired with a good quality hiking sock the fit is snug without being tight. Stiff enough to support you when edging on small rock ledges, excellent grip as you would expect from vibram sole. Havent tried out with crampons yet, bring on the winter!”

“Superb boot - fits perfectly out of the box, lightweight and cool design. Not used 'in anger' outdoors yet, but initial signs are awesome. The online experience with The Epic Centre was outstanding - i placed the order at 1pm Friday and they were delivered early Saturday morning. Fantastic and would recommend both Scarpa Rebel Lites and also The Epic Centre”

“Due to time constraints I used these straight out of the box for a weeks walking and scrambling in Snowdonia. They are extremely comfortable (no blisters or hot spots after several 7-hour days), and remarkably light for the foot support provided. Excellent freedom of movement and grip when scrambling, except with wet lichenous rock when it's no worse than any other boot I've used. No water leakage in torrential rain, and the outers dried quickly back at base.”
