Several days later, after various phone calls and e-mails, the second one eventually arrived, but this had a crack between the metal and the plastic on the top of the heater, (how this passed a QC check is beyond me), but it worked and didn't leak, so, given the trouble I had securing both units, I didn't bother asking for a replacement.”
