“Can't contact attempted via all numbers and internet due to them not registering my insurance so the government has written saying they will fine me. As I work for the Ministry of Justice this could cause issues at work. Insurance ombudsman has now taken on my case and even they say they are struggling with them. Looked on internet and everybody is complaining about them, I regret ever using them....AVOID...”
