“Unfortunately when I tried to make another purchase I was being charged on my credit card $250.00 over the original price I was agreeing with. I found out by calling my credit card representative being the card only has a $500.00 credit limit and was declined. Tools are fine but now I doubt. I tried to contact them, but there is no 1800 number to call them. Also, the DoDa bar did not come with any tips or tip for that matter.”

Good Morning Raymond, As per our email reply to you on Monday 8th February, your order with us was for £235.00. That was for the Do-Da (£185.00) plus shipping (£50.00). Please be assured that we have not charged you anymore that amount. If you could provide us with a snippet of your bank statement which shows that we have overcharged you, we will be more than happy to investigate. We do not have a 1800 number as we are a UK based company. Our contact number is 0044 1733 902513 (option 1 for tools).
