“Not yet commissioned as is part of a plan to add freesat to second TV. However, there are two improvements over the old TM1 currently in use. The skew angle graduations are properly marked now and there is a pull down weather shield to help protect the f connectors. Supplied by post from SystemSat. Came a bit later than originally expected but they kept me informed about delay. The TM2 was the only dual LNB i could locate with ease, other than singles most seem to be quads these day. PW”
“Got this around 5 weeks ago, but my friend has only just had time to install the dish and LNB.
Prior to getting this LNB and the Triax TD64 satellite dish, I had the cheap and nasty Sky dish, which was now more rust than metal. A lot of times in heavy rain and wind, the picture would break up.
But with the Triax TD64 and the Technomate TM-2 LNB, the picture did not break up once during a spell of heavy rain and strong wind we had recently. Also, on looking at the signal strength on my Sky box, the signal didn't budge during this bad weather either, which REALLY surprised me. Quoting the claim on the TM-2 description of it been:
"This is one of the best performing LNB on the market today" I have to agree.
The price was excellent to from SystemSAT, and I have recommended you to my Mam & Dad, who will be placing an order for the two items I've mentioned in this review.”
