“Loved my space hopper when I was a kid, so when I tried this out at a friends house I was sold on it. I was recovering from a cartilage injury that meant I couldn't drive for 6 weeks, and I was still wearing my knee bandage for strength 4 mths later. After using the ball each evening, only for a few days, I stopped using the bandage. Lots of different exercises on DVD, but basically I just bounce on it, after 20 mins using dumbbells for upper strength you find your legs are well working out when you get off it. Reminds me of being on horse back. Use a blunt knife to get tricky stopper out, then put a layer of grease on stopper, so it comes out easier when you next pump up. Deflated it and took it on holiday with me, comes with a pump. Love it!”
