“I'm so glad I bit the bullet and bought this bench and rack. It's so versatile, My stepson and I are using it three times a week sometime he uses it more! The preacher pad can be removed from the bench which is handy. I'm so glad it has the safety bars for when your using the bench press and squats alone. It definitely savd me from getting hurt a couple times now when I tried to be he-man and tried to bench more than I could lift. I love the fact the back rest and barbell holder can adjust, Many benches the barbell holders won't move and when you incline the bench the barbell is in your face. The bench will also decline so now targeting muscles that I never have before!! I would highly recommend this bench and rack to anyone who is thinking of buying it. It was quite straight forward to assemble but you absolutely need two people to build it. The standard of the bench and rack is to a very high quality and I hope it will last for a very last time. And a note to anyone, You have to buy a 7ft Olympic barbell for this rack (6 ft will not fit). Also the bench has wheels so it can be easily moved for doing squats. I'm very happy with this purchase. Especially as at the moment we are in lock down and can not use gyms.”
