“This is a fantastic machine. It exercises the whole body, is very smooth to use, and allows for varied exercise. I use it mostly as a strider and even so you can modify the length, rhythm and intensity of the workout very easily. I had a good exercise bike already (a commercial one) but this is so much better. The greater freedom of movement frees the mind and so it is very relaxing while providing strong exercise. I do not use the programmes nor I-Fit as I don't want to be told what to do (!) and just use the time for relaxation through exercise. A couple of things to bear in mind: if you are tall (over 6ft) then I would recommend a bigger model, with a longer stride. The next one up has an incline function as well, although I find the exercise more than enough with this one. The other thing is that the box is very heavy (about 120kg). We had to open it and take the machine to our home in pieces. Having said that the machine was easy to put together (my husband did it by himself). All in all, this is a fantastic buy, especially in conditions of lockdown. Freedom of body and freedom of mind (both relative of course!).”
