“I own a quite a number of Stott Pilates DVDs and I like nearly all of them and this one I am enjoying too. It flows well and there is not too much talking or hanging around and the use of the Pilates ring is very clever and certainly uses muscles differently but still within the bounds of what one expects from Pilates and it is 30 minutes long which I find a good length. I shall definitely buy another Stott Pilates Fitness Ring DVD in the near future to add to my ever growing collection!”
