“Nice delivery guy, Great packaging, Fantastic replacement motor for my AM-5I There is only one problem.....I'm still waiting for an engineer to come and fit it.........at this rate I'll be fatter than a turkey at Christmas because I have not exercised for over a month!!!! Other than that a 5 Star service. PS there is a lesson to be learnt here DON'T ever ask for a review when you have not checked personally that the customer is satisfied or you will end up getting this kind of feed back. Bet you wished you had contacted me before I wrote this. Now if that does not get your attention then nothing will. Have a nice day Bernard Matthews!”
