“Polar is a very good brand, they just got this particular product wrong. It is important to be clear about a product’s positioning and “sports watches” are a different sub-category than “fitness trackers or bands”. It would seem that Polar tried to stretch the A360 into the sports watch space, but compromised key functions for a fitness trackers at this price point, such as 24x7 heart beat tracking. The Polar A360 ends up being an underdeveloped sports watch and a compromised fitness tracker.”
