“Great just what I wanted to keep my heart in shape, at a very reasonable price. However instructions not that clear to someone who doesn't know these type of devices. Just use it on the basic settings to get my heart rate up for 15mins per day”

“This is a well made and robust piece of equipment. It was straightforward to assemble. It is virtually silent in operation with no vibration. It is comfortable to use but as a tall person I found the handlebars not quite in the right place with the seat adjusted for my legs. Still fine to use though. The pulse monitor works well. The only slight problem is the width of the pedal shaft; this is a lot wider than a bike and as a consequence there is a tendency to clip the centre of the crank with the side of the foot until you adjust your action for that. Delivery was swift and very efficient, the delivery crew were very helpful. For the price it is exceptional value for money and comes highly recommended by me. Make sure you have enough space for it though - it is a big unit.”
