“The mat I think is good value for the money, but more padding would have been better when doing running on the spot , as I don’t ware my trainers, but good overall and happy with the purchase.”

“Excellent mat, great quality and good length of mat to enable you to lay out full length. One side of the mat is red and the other side is blue, both sides have exercises printed onto them, plus the mat comes with a printed exercise sheet too. Really good value mat which doesn't take up too much room to store and doesn't need to be rolled up.”
