“This rower was simple to put together and suits my needs perfectly. It has a comfortable seat which runs well and provides sufficient options for gradual training and variety, and has thus kept my interest. I have started minimally for effort and endurance and foresee that there is plenty of scope to build strength and fitness. I use a heart rate monitor belt which is very useful when coupled to the rower; allowing me to work at the right level for my progress. The machine is sturdy, and whilst it does not have WiFi, I appreciate its simple operation, which I can understand and operate. The only issue is that feet can slip out of the foot plates on occasions and this interrupts training. That said, this only happened a few times at first as I seem to have adapted to the issue. I am pleased with my purchase and feel this rower will help me maintain good health through the coming years as I use it at home regularly, and it is especially good for low impact and cardiac work.”

“This rower is easy to set up, it is not noisy. So what can you hear? The seat rollers going back and forth as you row and the flywheel rotating, It is not at all disturbing. I have not had the rower long, so far it performs as I would expect. I decided to buy a chest strap, the heart reading comes up on the computer screen so that is useful to see how hard you are working. It can be folded for storage this was an important consideration in the purchase as I have little room. This seems to be a good bit of kit. So at this point I give it 5 stars.”

“The machine is very well made, even over-engineered. The readout of ones performance and the ability to set tartgets is an attractive challenge. The ability to alter the operating conditions by altering the targets is a very simple process”

“A good robust machine with high levels of resistance capable of giving a good workout. Ergonomically it is not so good; the foot rests are too far forward and do not allow enough forward reach. They are also a little too far apart. The heart rate receiver also seems to pick up interference from the rowing mechanism. The greater the effort the higher the levels of interference. Probably not the best machine for a true rower, but good for a general fitness machine.”
