“Really love this piece of kit. My first rowing machine. Easy to assemble however does need two people. Resistance works well, you can feel a difference on each notch. My only criticism is the monitor isn't great and can't look back on workouts for summary or get stroke rate. Overall excellent first rowing machine, works well, sturdy. I bought this to increase my cardio fitness and for a whole body workout but happy to say that it has helped my husband and daughter to up their fitness too x”
