"Air-magnetic resistance, a 12kg (26.4lbs) flywheel and a high seat position come together on this quality machine to mean you row incredibly smoothly and naturally. The rower works quietly and is very strong thanks to its innovative aluminium design and construction. The LCD display is clear and shows feedback on your session and there are some great workout programmes and features such as user profiles and a folding system to ensure a top experience on this great machine."

Very pleased with the machine, it works well. It is a pity that your after sales service lets you down badly. I received it on 30th November and it could not be assembled as the screw holes joining the mainframe to the central beam were out of alignment. After a month of haggling it was finally agreed that it should be exchanged. Due to shear incompetence this took another month and I eventually had a machine that worked at the end of January two months after the order was first placed. Your blurb states that you pride yourselves on your unparalleled customer service.

I’ve had this for 4 months now and this is every bit as good as the machines I’ve used in the gym. The build quality is excellent. Very happy. Good work DKN!

I didn’t want another cheap rower (had too many of those already) but being a thrifty sort of person, I didn’t want to pay top dollar for a certain brand that everyone recommends either, and so I took a chance on this as it seemed to fit the bill and the reviews from people who had purchased it were good. I have not been disappointed! While it’s not particularly quiet due to the fan, it’s certainly not unbearably noisy either. It’s quiet enough not to disturb anyone in the adjoining rooms and that’s good enough for me. The computer isn’t flash but it does give me the basic info I need for training - rate, distance, time, etc and it seems very well built. Unless I throw it out of a 1st floor window I think it’s going to easily last long enough to justify the cost. The thing that I’m happiest about though is that it’s great to use. Far superior to the cheapo models I’ve had before in every way. Is it worth spending more on the “industry standard”? Maybe, but I’m happy and wouldn’t part with any more money for a rowing machine than this. For me, it’s everything I need and it’s built well and I’d happily recommend it.
